RYAN TEDDY'S POEM - RUMBLES & WHISPERS

RUMBLES & WHISPERS

So I heard;
depression is that endermic thought that rumbles in our head in those gutted moments...

So I heard;
silence is SIGH-lencing our being
bit by bit

So I whisper to you...
thoughts of rejuvenation and freedom...

Thoughts of love and tranquility...
So damp your tears and kick the drugs...
So dump the knife and stand firm at your fears and worries...
So dump your fears and stab the beast: -your worries.

Why worry over nothing
when you are alive to witness the limitness of the sky...

So why take solace in that green bottle, thinking it's a path way to an anti-depressant?

So please....
Damp your tears...
Take a deep breath...
Hold my hands,
let's take a long walk to that place
called love,
Let's take a long walk to that place where we would sing melodious songs of love that sinks into our hearts.
let's take a long walk to that place
where faces are as blossom and joyous as ever.

Hold my hands,
 we are going to that place where life would be twice as Eden..
We are going to that place where we would hold hands,
look into our eyes,
.............
.............

.............

and be happy forever.
For these beast of fears, worries
and anxieties that rumbles in our head are dead,
long-gone,
 and forgotten.

For I bring you silent whispers of love, life and tranquility.
